I drove from Spring Hill after being told about this truck. Yes, its a food truck. The wait was a little much and although they had only a few things on the menu. The wait was worth it. I think they may need to rethink the staffing needs and setup and absolutely add some music. But with the right person to take a chance with them and make a good business decision they can blow up and be a great place for many to visit and enjoy. I see a grand future.
