If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Dr. Yamauchi is a wonderful doctor. He proivdes the highest level of care and has a fantastic way about him. He is able to explain complex medical matters in a way that we can understand and always takes the extra time to make sure we have had all of our questions answered. My kids love him. He is extremely well respected by his staff, who really enjoy working with him. My phone calls are always returned as soon as possible and when there is an emergency, we are always able to get in to see the doctor. He is the only doctor ... read more

No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Dr. Yamauchi made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
