Went down hill, has no management, but the maintenance staff is great! Brought up issues with the previous management staff and was pretty much discarded

I swear this property sucks at communication. The property is cute and all but the office staff is horrible at answering phone calls and replying to emails. I’ve spoken with 4 different leasing agents and 3 different property managers. It’s very irritating to deal with this situation and I just moved in two weeks ago. This is horrible for someone who just signed their lease. I got locked out of my apartment the first weekend I was there due to their patio doors that are horribly maintenance. I called the emergency maintenance line last night at around 10pm, I work the late shift so I don’t get home until late. Apparently, at some point, my AC went out, so I called. It is now almost 8am the next day and I have yet to have someone come work on my AC, nor has anyone called me back about any sort of solution.
