I had a great experience at Savannah at North Dallas thanks to Miss Tiffany. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable, never rushed me, and took the time to answer all of my questions. my time here at savannah at north dallas (formerly toscana) started out wonderfully but has quickly gone down hill. i am a long term resident of 4 years. first, i have neighbors that constantly argue through the late night between 12-4 am primarily but also throughout the day. they also have children in this apartment. they have beaten eachother outside of my doorway & have made me scared for my safety. i also work a remote job & this disturbance has made it impossible to do my job successfully. the office has grown unrespon... read more
Rent at your own risk!! They over charge you for fees that do not even show up on your ledger! Current manager Elizabeth Treviño horrible no better than the previous! Roach infested community! Just can’t get no where with them!
El peor lugar no lo recomiendo mi esposa se acercado a las oficinas a preguntar que esta pasando las oficinas siempre cerradas no contestan el teléfono un día de esto estaban los de la oficina sentados afuera porque supuestamente no podían abrir qué no tenían la llave porfavor pésima administración
