While I chose Avalon primarily for proximity to work, I have now lived at Avalon in Margate for almost two full months and can unconditionally state that Andrea Hall and Twana Adams and the maintenance folks are of a “different cut”. My sister and I have been here for about a year now and enjoyed our stay here. Twana makes sure that the community can come together and have fun activities to enjoy, especially during the holidays. Also, the move-in process was very easy, given that my lease is up soon I will update about the moving out process...
