I spent over $3500 TO BREAK MY LEASE, honestly IT WAS WORTH IT! That's how bad my experience at Toscana was. I never lived somewhere in which management has had such blatant disregard for the comfort and safety of their tenants. To quote Jen their manager, my flooded apartment with no usable kitchen or bathroom was "livable" and I was therefore responsible to pay rent or would face legal action despite being left homeless for 6weeks.
