My move-in experience was amazing! The apartment is quiet, and everyone respects each other’s space. It’s clean, the neighbors are friendly, and everything works perfectly. The apartment looks great, and I’d say it definitely lives up to the reviews!
Finally got a new refrigerator after mentioning it multiple times to the property manager. These apartments are not worth the price! The property manager does the bare minimum. The wash and dryers barely work and all you get is they’re from a 3rd party. The maintenance man is rude and will enter your apartment without permission even if you put do not enter on work request and then tell you he can come in when he wants because he got keys. The only positive thing I can really say is that management is easy to get a hold of and they're quick to fix issues when they arise. One of the main issues is that there are ZERO amenities to justify the $1300+ cost for a 1 BR apartment. Saying that the “location” is an amenity is just not right. AND they charge you an extra $25 a month for outdoor parking on top of that. Also, the overall condition of the units don't justify the cost either. In short: fine management, terrible maintenance, would only recommend as a short-term or budget living option Responsive leasing office that’s easy to get ahold of especially after opening a location on site… which I know is the bare minimum but unfortunately most landlords can’t even get that right. Occasional weed/cig smell. My neighbors are overall cordial - lots of young families and students. The units are pretty old and dinky but they’ve been slowly renovating under new management.
