It's my understanding the owner I believe is former Military. I have never been a big coffee drinker and as far as fancy coffee Starbucks was the fanciest I had except when I visited WA this place rivals all the places I had coffee out NorthWest if you like a Good Mocha order one but dont touch dont and anything to it it's perfect how it comes.
