TASSC efforts are directed toward ending torture, the cruelest of action taken toward a human being. TASSC gives Survivors of torture a welcome and support that they need to overcome the atrocities they have experienced. Helping to bring healing is one of the great benefits provided by the competent TASSC staff.

Business response:

Thank you so much Alice

I have been volunteering with TASSC for several months now - it has a competent & compassionate staff and clients that demonstrate strength is more potent when accompanied by sweetness or silence - in a world that takes more notice to those who use bitterness or guns-a-banging. TASSC has taught me to focus my attention on what is right in this world - abolishing torture and human rights abuses by action - working with individuals and hearing their truths - educating myself by their voices and not relying on news media that p... read more
