Disappointing service. Trash pickup is supposed to happen at a set time, yet they come at completely different times with no consistency. On top of that, they knock over trash cans lids and don’t even bother to pick them up. We’re paying for this service, and it definitely doesn’t reflect the cost.
Great place!!! Super kind people the best staff I have ever dealt with in renting apartments! They are always super happy to help, genuinely, very funny and welcoming to the community! 5 month Update: This place is amazing and the staff is so attentive and kind and the complex is so safe! We are looking to renew our lease, SO much better than our previous complex!!! 20 month update: horrific. Loud neighbors moved in for 15 months.
