Tortuga Bay Apartments is a great place to live. Great staff, clean, wonderful Gym and pool area. Upcoming needs a little more attention. Please clean out hall way walk way floors.
VERY BAD management. I went to visit my daughter a week ago and slept over. Or I should say that I tried to sleepover. She and her husband are having an ongoing problem with the neighbor upstairs who make a lot of noise at hours that should be quit time. At past 11pm the kids were still running up and down the stairs, which are right on top of the guest room. And then you can hear them running around the house until later from one room to the other. Do NOT LIVE HERE you will NOT be able to sleep. We called the police 3x on the neighbors, we spoke to the neighbors, we spoke to management many times. Nothing has changed and no compromises were made besides asking US to PAY to MOVE UNIT. I am counting down the days our lease ends. I’m sick (literally) and tired (also literally) of losing sleep.
