Just recently moved out. Parking was ALWAYS a nightmare after 5pm (goodluck finding a spot at night). It's right next to the highway so you'll always hear sirens and cars passing by while you're trying to sleep. Trash service used to be pretty inconsistent until they switched to a different provider. Guest gate code barely works after hours so you're guest will just have to tail gate. Bird, dog, duck, squirrel poop everywhere outside (never gets cleaned). I was a resident here for over a year- the experience was okay. The unit itself was mostly clean(ish) when we moved in, and we didn’t have too many issues as far as the appliances go. However, when we had other issues relating to the unit or community, it was very difficult to get in contact with the leasing office. My daughter’s first birthday was nearly ruined. I am a current resident. I asked Joshua in office if we could pay to host a small birthday lunch at the table in the clubhouse. He informed me that they don’t rent out for parties anymore because of past damages. I said thanks anyways, no problem.
