Food was cold, service was slow, food was not prepared as stated on the menu and then Tortilla Republic tried to charge me for food not ordered or delivered. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. If you go to this restaurant, beware of these people.

I worked in restaurants for two decades. Though we love the food, there’s always something goofy here service-wise— can take 15 minutes to get a drink. Today we showed up on an apparently slow Sunday evening and asked for a table for two downstairs. We were told that although there were plenty of open tables, the manager had instructed the hostess to put people on a minimum 45 minute wait because large parties were expected soon.
