They staff are very rude and not friendly at all.some if the ladies that work there should not be working with the public

We are sorry that you felt the staff was rude. We try to have high standards for service and we apparently didn't meet your expectations. We take complaints seriously so we will address this and we apoligize for your less than stellar experience at Tortilla Marissa's.
The service was not that great and the food was decent. My dad had a bone in his chicken and when we talked to the manager his response was "well we use fresh chicken", wow he could've choked on it or it could've scratched him. We did end up getting that meal off but they were so rude about it.
