expensive Rock Center Cafe is a fun place to eat because you overlook the Rockefeller Skating rink. I like to go there for breakfast. it is delicious. It is very expensive but entertaining.
Upscale "mall" restaurant If this place wasn't in a "mall" it would be 4 stars for sure. The service is great, and the food is pretty good. The atmosphere is really nice, but it's in a center of tourist activity, so it's very hard to control the noise level... if you're lucky, you'll get through your meal without an overloaded Disney toddler in the room. Tortilla Jo's is a fun place to eat I had an excellent experience at Tortilla Jo's. My friend and I went to Disneyland on for my 36th birthday. Half way through the day we took the monorail to Downtown Disney and ate here. The food was great...I had a HUGE burrito. We also had several patron margaritas. Seriously the best way to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
Tortilla Jo's This was our second time there. Our waitress was beyond annoying! She would not stop checking on us. It was really overkill and I made sure her tip showed it. Food was delicious but she ruined the experience.
Tortilla Jo's is Restaurant OK food at a reasonable price. More of an American Mexican food restaurant. Service is a bit slow at times, overall our experience was OK.. It is also in a great location if you're out for the evening for a movie or just people watching.

tortilla This restaurant has decent food and nice decor for an older place. We go for lunch and they serve a large meal for a reasonable price. I enjoy the shrimp dishes.
Very overpriced This is a very pretty restaurant in the Rockefeller Center concourse, a building I worked in for ten years. It's lovely to sit here and watch the skaters in the winter but I have found the food to be very average and very high priced. The bartender, however, are top notch and you can get a really good drink here.
The View Makes It This is a high priced seafood restaurant offering great service and some very interesting menu options - this was the first time I ate something with a foam on it, it was interesting. The view of the Rockefeller rink is what makes it worthwhile for me. Definitely overpriced but you are getting a very gourmet experience.
