Took my family here while on a ski trip. Prices reasonable, food was very good, we'll be back. Negatives were that the service felt a little disorganized and the manager scolded a worker in front of us, which made us feel badly for him. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful. Positives outweighed the negatives.
Was delicous, had the green chili chop plate with black beans.....Yum�
Stopped here one evening after driving through Santa Fe National Forest. The salsa was good, the shrimp quesadilla was delicious, the brisket quesadilla was also good, and the sopapilla dessert was amazing. We loved it.
We love the happy hour specials and usually go here at least every two weeks when we spend the summers in Santa Fe.
Great food and service. Had the open face omelette and it was terrific.
Horrible we went there based on a hotel recommendation for carry out. When I got back food had obviously been dropped, no tortillas and no sour cream ( I paid for). When I called the manager she offered coming back or coming for breakfast. We have an early flight how about a refund?????
My food was delicious & the red & green chile was not too hot or too mild. Our waiter was wonderful & substituted items for my grandkids. I have never had a bad meal at Tortillas Flats.
The food is always great here but the service needs some improvement. Our coffee was cold, the coffee cup wasn't rinsed out properly and you can see lipstick on the rim, and the waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there. Oh, I ordered an omelette but part of it was not cooked all the way through, so I didn't get to eat it all since I got kind of grossed out.
