If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tortas de Fuego absolutely ruined Mexican food for me—in the best possible way. We came in for Taco Tuesday ($1 tacos!) and happy hour margaritas ($6 house margaritas), and I am still thinking about that meal days later. I ordered the carnitas tacos, which are always my go-to, and they were perfection. Fresh corn tortillas, fresh cilantro and onions, and both red and green salsa on the side. Hands down BEST Mexican food in Cottonwood if not the entire United States. So good! Will keep coming back here again and again. The prickly pear cactus was delicious and the enchiladas are amazing. Chips and salsa are so good here. Friendly staff, great environment, clean. Can’t recommend it enough.
