Billing issues unanswered. Do not reply to phone calls and messages left. Incompetent people refusing or unable to address incorrect billing one year after the supposed service was rendered. Simple question: why was this service not submitted to insurance???? Why are you threatening me when you have useless people on your staff? That’s your problem not mine!
These people cannot get billing correct to save their souls. I told them, in person that I do jot have nor have I ever had medicare yet they billed Medicare and harass me to pay because it was rejected. Shocker since that is NOT my insurance. Every single time I go there its the same thing.
