I enjoy the scenery
I've lived here for nearly 12 years and truly enjoy many on the other residents here! I have a huge array of beautiful plants on the 10th floor Solarium!

If your a person of color don't go here nor live here alot of drug attics but there is some nice people that live here just know who you are talking to and also the whole building is infested with bed bugs so go here with a caution
Was wanting to buy a home through their program. I already was pre-approved for a mortgage and everything, I just made about 2k less than the "required" annual salary. For any priced home they wanted a minimum of making 40k a year. Their most expensive house is 68k and like I said, I was pre-approved for that. But no. Because I don't make that much, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, wouldn't let me get a single word in. All in all. Don't use. Don't recommend.
