I was treated terribly from Torrington I care so I got a new Eye Doctor, when seeing the new Eye Doctor I need a substantial new prescription my insurance company will only pay for new glasses every two years or if there’s a substantial change. Because there were substantial changes, my insurance company would pay but Torrington eyecare refuses to give my new Eye Doctor my old prescription so that I can get new eyeglasses without having to wait the two years.
