Besides Chris and his staff being extremely pleasant the service to get my bumpern secure was prompt and he not only did a great job straightening and securing it he touched up the paint and didnt charge me.
Brought my car here after being hit by a drunk driver over $8000 later the outside looks great. But now I get it back check engine light is on the yellow wrench is on the car has no power. Didn't drop it off like that. They told me to say it's from the accident but Progressive says bull. And now Torrington Auto body gave back the keys and pushed me out the door. Just picked up our Highlander and I could not be happier with the job Chris and his team did repairing the car. Paint was matched PERFECTLY. All the gaps and seams were lined up to PERFECTION. The customer service was above and beyond. The car was only in the shop for 4 days.........during that time Chris even scheduled a service for me which was done when I picked up the car. I can't say enough good things, I will most certainly use them again if need be. THANK YOU CHRIS, MARGARITA & STAFF.
Very positive experience! Chris and Margarita were very helpful and answered all our questions, giving updates throughout the process. We gave them a timeline to hope the vehicle was ready by and it was available days prior. Highly recommend, would use again, and the car looks like new!

The damage to the drivers side of my daughters car was extensive and the repair plus paint match is of the highest quality.
