Christine was super helpful in finding me a bra that fits and offering her support in measurements. She went the extra mile, including as I also shopped for swimwear. She checked up on me and explained the Torrid app to me as I signed up. She provided stellar customer service and made my shopping trip so much easier. Will definitely be coming back.
This place is very nice for plus size individuals. The staff is friendly and helpful. My girl had an amazing experience her last visit and struggles with her self confidence but the staff made her feel great about herself and provided wonderful customer service!
I'm sorta kicking myself for forgetting to get the names of the staff that helped me, but [the two people working at ~7:30 PM on March 12th 2025] were incredibly nice, validating and cool! It can be personally difficult to wrangle with the unfortunate world of body dysmorphia and all that, but the welcoming vibe was just right, and I left the store feeling confident and just, generally happy. Not greeted. Staff too busy talking about personal stuff. Not the first time this has happened. I've been in many times over the last year and end up leaving with nothing cause I'm ignored and left to reach (I'm very short) for myself. No thank you when leaving either. I could understand if it's busy. However each time there's just me or one person. I made eye contact and still nothing.
