The store is excellent 4 plus size.Women and great for those who just have wide hips or shoulders. The clothing is always very cute and they do have sales that go on.
The store is temporary closed because of a break. Customers are stopping to shop and find they can’t get in and then leave.
Wish they made clothes for bigger women that are just as nice as they make for skinny people. I did find a few things but I am not a shopper so after trying on clothes I was ready to go. I got some really cute shirts/blouses
Two staff kept chatting with each other. Completely ignored me, never offered to help and I came in to buy!!!
This was just my second visit to Torrid in North Hills, and I have to admit I was let down both times for different reasons. This visit, I really didn’t get that warm and welcoming feeling. I guess I was expecting a more friendly sales team. When I went to the register, three staff members were just chatting away, and when I walked up to check out, they gave a look like I interrupted them. It was definitely a strange experience.
