Agree with other comments on rude staff. I spend tons of money with Torrid but will go out of my way to go to a different store because of the way I’m treated in this location.
Staff is great! Always helpful. Didn’t see the pickup emails for my order but they were helpful in fixing my mistake. Wish I got her name. I was having an already rough day this made it a little better ❤️
Wouldn’t shop at this location again. I went in Saturday just browsing and to purchase leggings. The staff asked me repeatedly every 2 minutes if I needed anything but not in a helpful manner, I continued to answer no, everytime I looked up they were watching me as if I was stealing, they were not friendly and when I finally made my purchase and paid with my TORRID CREDIT CARD the girl at the counter was not friendly, barely spoke to me and had 0 customer service skills.
