I had to leave a review because the YouTube video was horrible and wouldn't allow me to comment. They walk around like fat ducks 🤮 I remember shipping at torrid when I was fat back when it was the obese hot topic idk what's going on with it now looks bad 🤮
Staff were awesome!
Jannell is just plain rude. I was even refused a way to reach out via phone number to a district manager to speak about the treatment I received in the store. Worst customer service ever!
