My first time at this location. I’m used to other sales associates being helpful especially when I’m looking for something for a specific event, but the lady here was not helpful at all, despite me being the only customer in the store at the time. Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a Torrid. I will NOT be back to this location.
Kathy Jo was absolutely amazing, this was by far the best customer service experience at any Torrid I’ve ever experienced…she was eager to help, and very knowledgeable.
Great selection of clothes and sizes. Really comfortable and high quality clothes for us larger women.
I hate clothes shopping...today was FUN!!! Staff is fantastic!!! Loved all the clothes too!
