Easy parking and a good selection of items. The staff is always lovely to interact with.
Bought something online and when I returned it the sales person was extremely rude and told me I needed to stop shopping online. I have a credit card for there and prefer shopping online. Who is she to tell me not to shop online. I’m no longer shopping at Torrid. Extremely rude sales person. Buyer beware.
