Bought something online and when I returned it the sales person was extremely rude and told me I needed to stop shopping online. I have a credit card for there and prefer shopping online. Who is she to tell me not to shop online. I’m no longer shopping at Torrid. Extremely rude sales person. Buyer beware.
Love their clothes but they are literally always out of my size in everything I like.
