I've never had a problem coming to Torrid but today I walked out without buying anything. I wasnt greeted or asked if i needed help by the two ladies that were working. That's definitely how you lose business.

Well you all have officially lost a long time customer. I placed an on November 22nd to be shipped the store. I was told it would take 21 days so I patiently waited. I only recieved one initial email saying my order was shipped and that was it, well besides the millions of promo holiday emails. 28 days later I call to check on the status if my order with has never changed from "in process" to only be told my order was in the store. The manager on duty today was Dee, we wanted to return a Christmas gift my sister in law from Ohio got me, we didn't have a receipt, but we had my sister in laws torrid account and order number so they could look it up in their system. After a lot of eye rolling and refusing to serve us by Dee, she ultimately said no reciept no return unless we wanted the lowest price she had in the location (one dress was bought at full price but ended up being on clearance so a 50$ difference). About a month ago I complained about the shorts Torrid sold because the leg holes were too big. Exactly like every one else makes them. I said I was tired of it. I got a response that Torrid would speak to their manufacturers. A bit after that Torrid started to sell "skinny shorts". They look great. Especially on butts. Finally someone who listened. Butt i have more ideas. Can i get paid for one or two somehow? (with out a patent, i can't afford one)
