Just had the best experience, I purchased a hoodie/jogger set and washed it once and the solid print leaked all over the print. I called customer service and spoke with supervisor Michael Almonte and he went above and beyond to help with this issue. It is rare to get this kind of help anymore. Torrid you have made me a life long customer. Thank you Michael!!!

I went in a few days ago to see if my package was in. I hadn't received the e-mail but I was at the Mall so i was checking to see if my swim bottoms were in. The guy working was very friendly, he checked the book, he looked at the new pile at the cash wrap and he looked in back just in case. I liked that. Then I noticed the very same swim i ordered was now marked down and bogo free, so of course I bought the same one I had ordered and got another one free for less money.
