I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful & I got a GREAT DEAL on 5 pair of SHOES!!!!!!!! ��� 70% off on CLEARANCE!!!!!
Much appreciation to this Store & staff for holding a Lace Top for me which apparently was the last one, and in my size to be found, at any of the DFW area stores. Torrid Grapevine Store was great in locating it at this store and Torrid Frisco Store was wonderful in holding from Friday Night to Sunday so that I could make the long drive from southwest of Ft. Worth over to Frisco to purchase it.
The corporate office really needs to make surprise visit to this store. Or send secret shopper to the store and they would be changed management and employees. This is their worst stores.. if you want great customer service and management and employees care about there customer go to the one in Garland stay away from the Prescott Plano ..
I love this store, love the service it's like my second home
I've been a regular shopper at this location since it opened but sadly received horrible service during my last visit. The two women working ignored my friend and I during our whole visit and didn't even ask if we needed help with anything. I guess talking and trying to decide what to wear to a job interview is more important than helping customers.
