The manager on duty today was Dee, we wanted to return a Christmas gift my sister in law from Ohio got me, we didn't have a receipt, but we had my sister in laws torrid account and order number so they could look it up in their system. After a lot of eye rolling and refusing to serve us by Dee, she ultimately said no reciept no return unless we wanted the lowest price she had in the location (one dress was bought at full price but ended up being on clearance so a 50$ difference). This Torrid is beyond amazing. The staff makes you feel like you're shopping with your best friends! If you get a chance make sure Leah helps with you! She's absolutely amazing, she helped me shop for a gift even when I wasn't sure on sizing. She was patient with me and I ended up spending more than I planned and my friend loved her gift�
Hands down the best Torrid around! It's so well laid out, bright and inviting, not to mention the people are amazing. I feel so at ease every time I go in, and it's awesome how the staff actually engages with you. Super helpful with anything needed.
LOVE this store!! The people who have given them bad reviews must have had a bad day! I am here ALL OF THE TIME...I have visited every store in DFW and this one is my favorite. The ladies are helpful and pleasant. They've helped me beyond my expectations REGULARLY!!
