I love Torrid normally. It's where I do most of my shopping and I'm a regular customer... Today I such a bad customer service experience I left without buying anything, after an hour of trying on clothes. Really disappointed.. :(

I love Torrid and actually went to the San Tan Village location yesterday looking for clothes for vacation. The sign outside advertised Clearance buy one, get two free so I went to the back of the store heading directly to the clearance. I've been in before and have commented to workers about the clearance and how they have it set up. It is really hard for the customers to browse because the rack set up.
