Had the worst experience ever at this torrid. We walked in and they said a hey welcome in and then the two worker chicks stood leaning at the counter talking to each other about personal stuff and ignored us. I had my arms piled with clothes and they both walked past me twice and didn't ask if I could get a fitting room started. Just walked back to the counter and I believe talked about stuff at Lane Bryant. This store has the best staff. They are always friendly, helpful and fun! Shopping is never as much fun as it is when it's at Torrid Santan.
I've visited this location at least once a week for the past year or so. I have never had a negative experience, the associates are all knowlegable and friendly. Desiree and her team are very accomodating to their customers, and I will continue to shop and spend my money at this location. Thank you Torrid SanTan!!
