Amazing maintenance team!!! Carlos and Kenny are life savers they fixed my washing machine within one day of it breaking. Grateful to have such kind people working here!!
I moved into Torrey villas over three months ago and since I moved in, the AC has not been working there’s little to no insulation on the doors so there’s a lot of insects coming in. The office has done nothing to fix this issue. Gate clickers don’t work, gates don’t work. This place is a nightmare. Good luck moving here. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get out of this place.

Maintenance at this place is very poor and takes forever. Frequently the requests get “band-aid” fixes that I almost always to put in another request to have them come back out. Recently had them “complete” a request to have my shower door bottom guide replaced and the new piece they put in is completely broken and doesn’t even function properly… my shower door is literally dangling. See attached video… TVs at the pool/ BBQ are never functioning properly. So much for football season & enjoying the pool & BBQing. I lived here... read more
We love Torrey Villas apartments in Carmel Valley! We lived here before, moved out of state, and now we’re back because we love it here! With amazing pools, hot tub, theatre, and so much more! Apartment living is nothing without a responsive service team, and Ilse and Justyce really have taken such good care of us. Driving across the country for a move can be stressful and it’s nice to know you’re taken care of when you arrive.
