Agent was great and very professional. No issue with him throughout the home buying process. However, the ownership is locally mistrusted. I would recommend getting everything in writing if it comes from from a Smith. They are money first, ethics second. They work hard to upkeep their fake image of Christian values, but the almighty dollar is their owner.
