I am not a person who leaves bad reviews, but there comes a point where you simply have to speak out. I am absolutely heartbroken. I was super excited to move to Carmel Valley, but paying the significant amount of money that I do, the sheer volume of issues I have faced has been completely irresponsible on the part of management. I had a great experience with Emiliano and Rafael. They were both very kind, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They made the entire maintenance experience smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!
The property management and the maintenance team made the move-in incredibly smooth. Rafael's maintenance team is amazing! They are professional, polite and very friendly. Thank you all for making my new place at Torrey Ridge feel like home already!

Raphael is so great! Always smiling and happy to do anything required for my apartment. Absolutely the best place to live with such good care and Prompt service. Thank you Raphael ! Once again, Raphael was here to fix garbage disposal and took my trash down for me. Thanks again for helping me out. Emilio came to fix my stove today and brought me my package that contained my cane for walking. Such wonderful service and helping me when I can’t get to the parcel to pick up a package.
