Started living here this summer. I love how quiet this community is. The resident services office always takes care of my concerns. I appreciate the community text messages with little updates. The maintenance team is awesome. The service manager Rafa is very friendly. The techs Pablo, Kevin and Shueb are very efficient. Today I put in an emergency maintenance request and Shueb was here within 20 minutes! He was at my door putting the little booties on (we’re a no shoes household) before I even had to ask. We had Pablo come over and fix our drier and ice maker. I’ve had him multiple times before for maintenance requests and he’s always very friendly, respectful, and fast! I have been here for 5 years and I can honestly say it’s the best on site maintenance team I’ve ever had.
