Overall, It is a good community . The community is nice, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding apartments located directly above the garage. Every time the garage door opens or closes, it makes a very loud humming/vibrating noise, and it can be especially disruptive. The noise has woken me up multiple times in the morning. If you’re sensitive to noise, I would definitely recommend choosing a unit away from or not directly above the garage.
The maintenance team are just wonderful, attentive respectful and professional! They make my living experience here better. That being said, the apartment is old and well used, dirty. Crooked cabinets, microwave tilts, some doors you can’t open, floors are buckled, linoleum floors in bathrooms are dirty and scuffed, and every blind is different. I could go on. 5 stars for maintenance crew, 1 star for renting. This place is a retirement community.
We are having a great experience living here! The community is quiet, safe, clean, and beautifully maintained. The landscaping is lovely and makes it really nice to walk around the neighborhood. The pool and gym are right by our home, always clean and well maintained, which is a huge plus. Maintenance has also been excellent — whenever we submit a request, they’re incredibly responsive and usually take care of everything within the same day. I worked with the maintenance team and specifically Emiliano for several times due to some issues in the unit. Every time, he has been very quick to respond and at the same time very helpful and proficient. Im very satisfied with the maintenance team service.
JUST MET RAFAEL AND EMI ON THE MAINTENANCE STAFF HERE AT TORREY RIDGE THEY TOTALLY ROCK THESE TWO GUYS ARE TOTALLY AWESOME SAVE MY DAY HOOKED ME UP TODAY DUDE HOOKED ME UP AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THESE GUYS ARE A GOOD STAFF AND I REALLY ENJOY WORKING WITH THEM AND HAVING THEM OVER THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I'M SO IMPRESSED THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO BOTH OF THEM AND YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT DAY.
