The Director of Staff Development is a truly outstanding ,She’s polite, caring, and leads with genuine heart. The team she’s built is incredible , supportive, skilled, and perfectly aligned with her vision. The environment is amazing where people feel valued, inspired, and motivated to grow. Her leadership makes a real difference every day. Wish i was able to work under her.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This was probably the most disorganized, unprofessional facility known to man. The only good thing there is the residents and a couple of the staff. But as far as the assistant administrator, Dsd and adsds all of them are unprofessional. I was disrespected treated very unfairly. They accused me of stuff I never did nor would I ever do all for their own benefit. The adsd called me in the office and started yelling at me. I tell the Dsd and she justifies it.
