They might as well call this place a hospice. I wouldn't trust an animal in here.
Very bad experience I had at this facility. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. I went there to apply for job , but I got treated very badly by the receptionist, she was very rude and disrespectful. Imagine how the residents get treated. I felt very sad for them. And I make sure never come back here.
My brother has been admitted to several facilities in Las Vegas. Yes, my brother was a very difficult patient due to dementia and being dillusional due to dialysis. This facility stole several of my brothers belongings, and mysteriously his new flip phone was broke in half while he was at dialysis. They called me once, telling me my brother had left. The team she’s built is incredible , supportive, skilled, and perfectly aligned with her vision. The environment is amazing where people feel valued, inspired, and motivated to grow.
