I have been banking with this branch for at least 20 years and I cannot say enough about their customer service. I have banked with them for both business and personal purposes. They always go above and beyond and treat their customers like family.

High praises to Torrey Pines Bank for their consistently excellent customer service over the last four years. This was the only bank I could find during the pandemic that allowed completely remote enrollment and that offered full service remotely as well. Our recent administrative changes to our accounts were handled with professional efficiency, ease, and graciousness by Ms. Nguyen-Smith and I so appreciate her assistance. Thank you!

Although my parents account was closed about two years ago, Micaela Franchi went out of her way to help me see if a check drawn on my parents’ account had been cashed. She was absolutely lovely to deal with: kind, efficient and professional! Dean Gist, now at the Kearney Mesa location, was the perfect embodiment of what it meant to be the president of a people -oriented bank. He treated my parents and me as if we were his own family. I can’t say enough good things about Dean or this bank.
