Maintain it’s always fast and solve our problems when we need it.
DO NOT sign a lease here! On 9/7/24, I returned my keys to the leasing office. Every month since returning my keys, I have been contacted by the apartment saying my rent was late. I contacted Rosie (the leasing office staff) and was told to ignore the communications as it was just a glitch. Come to find out, I apparently owe $66.00 to the complex after being charged rent for the month of 10/2024 TWICE (2) including utilities and a late fee all for an apartment I never had access too after 9/7/24! This is the absolute worst apartment complex. They will steal money from you after your lease ends! Worst management. Totally fake scammers Edit: contacted them for help at number they provided. And they continued to steal my money and scam me. Not worth it.

Luna Apartments, because corporate slumlords (aka Neiders Corporation) don't care! Bet on extra unwanted pest & guest, I can't verify if the rumors of bed bugs are true or not either and management doesn't seem to care. Just a 2 yr. tenant observtion. And they will do nothing about the crime running over the property daily.
