Sketchy area and sketchy maintenance guy! I set an appointment to tour a studio apartment and the office was closed when I got there. A maintenance guy took me on a tour and there was dead roaches all over the apartments. He didn’t even know the price of the apartments. I felt so uncomfortable, definitely a waste of time.
Roxana is great , she’s friendly fair , and to be honest always willing to help . Hugo goes above and beyond. Only reason I gave 3 star was because honestly is not a safe neighborhood. Luna needs to look into getting a gate around their complex . Prior to Roxana there was manager named Abby . She was rude and truly never in the office . The office is open almost every day now . But she did a good job at keeping homeless out . This property has a lot of potential . But is also VERY VERY OVER PRICED

I’m giving Luna apartment 3 stars and let’s just say that’s only because of the manager ROXANA . Which is the best thing you got to look for renting here . She’s always sweet and attentive but upper management is a joke . This complex is unsafe , shootings , drugs , homeless and so much more . The prior manager was rude to resident cuss at us ect . They don’t have this place gated or anything security feels like an impossible thing to do . I was going to stay JUST because the manager is lovely but I can’t do it .
3 year tenant Horrible place to live. Roach infested, they run through office management, filed an unlawful eviction after already moving out and turning in keys with a payment arrangement for the last months rent. I had to throw everything away, I complained and complained about the roach infestation and no one communicated it to the bug company. Now after making all the payments and getting the eviction cancelled I owe them 275 bucks and then they make up an odd number and slap it on my credit. I have filed a complaint in ... read more
