I thought very highly of this community as I have family currently living in and in the past until recently. We started looking for homes to rent at the end of April beginning of May, so we called the office about availability and was told they have one coming in about a week or two and to keep an eye on their sites so we did. 1 week came by and thought it was a little funny, then 2 weeks go by so we called back. they sneaky af tried to say my brand new trailer of 2018 only person to live here a whole year goes by to say my siding my put up wrongly without anyone coming to check it out they redid it without showing any kind of prof and put extra “wires”coming into my house this place is trash don’t move here there very very sneaky
it was good while i was there. but apond moving out. they charge you for stuff that they shouldn't. like carpet and paint. im going to fight it.
This place does have strick rules but thats only for the benefit of all that live here. I have great respect for Brenda and Rae they do an amazing job. Thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do. Have a wonderful summer.
I want to take the opportunity to thank the management team here whenever we are in need of assistance they are here. Great to have that type of support
I love living here it's clean and safe. I walk around the neighborhood with my daughter riding her bike and walking my dog everyday and I love that I can let her ride her bike on side of road and the neighborhoors either encourage her or wave as they drive by. Also the management team is awesome they always throw little holiday celebrations at the clubhouse and invite the families and children. I would definitely recommend living at Torrey hills to everybody.
Moved in back on November 29th, 2016 and am loving it so far. My dogs love walking around the park. Its a very nice community. Brenda is awesome and has helped with any maintenance request i have needed to put in.
