They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was only there for about 30 minutes and was charged $90. I was told that I didn't need any surgery when I felt that I did. I ended up going to another plastic surgeon who listened and helped with my problem.
