I am a rental house owner and landlord. My rental is old, and its cast iron drain pipe finally failed so badly that we needed to replace the entire underground drain. Miguel came to the rescue, calculated that he could save me money by rerouting the pipe to avoid tunnelling all the way under the house to replace the pipes, and did a great job of it.
