I would rate 0 stars but I can’t get unfortunately. This Wednesday, my husband took our washer to them so they could find the problem . They told him they will take a look tomorrow and send him a text. In Thursday my husband called and text them all day and nothing. In Friday he text them again demanding them he wants our washer back and they texted back you can come pick it up. There business looks pretty shady to me. Please check the reviews first before you give business to someone.

Bought freezer and fridge, both broke down within 30 to 60 days. At first they responded but then very slow to respond. I had to keep bugging them to respond. Then I showed up unannounced and they made me offer to try and make it right on fridge. I did not want another unit. Then freezer broke, I wanted some or at least half my money back. Crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM. Bought a refrigerator from them and it stopped working properly shortly after. They sent a repair person out to fix it multiple times, finally decided that it couldn't be repaired so they replaced it with another one that stopped working after 2 days. They refuse to refund my money and will only offer to fix or replace again which woh in their right mind would trust them again after 2 broken refrigerators!! I have lost $100's in food that has gone bad because of them!
