The whole experience getting my wife's vehicle worked on and fixed was amazing. The staff is professional and polite. Office staff is communicative and answers all your questions and to top off the owner himself makes you feel like a guest not a number or policy. Thank you Torres Body Shop for a great experience.
They have good communication as well as good customer service. They took care of my car and the turnaround time was reasonable. If your car needs fixing whether it's by insurance or not I totally recommend this auto body shop.

If you need any body work done in Madera, honestly do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Torres Body & Paint! I brought my car in to get the bumper replaced and the side painted, after someone hit my vehicle and I am completely blown away by the results. I dealt with Fernando, the manager, and he was awesome, he took care of me every single step of the way and made the whole process so easy. I can't say enough good things about Fernando and his business. I had an accident on Fathers Day and was 4 hours from home with my 2 kids. Fernando met us at his shop, took my new Kia in and gave us a ride (with my kids and all our stuff) to Fresno to get a rental car on a Sunday. I picked the car up this last weekend and it looks like new. Beautiful work and wonderful people. Thank you again!
