I learned today why Dr. Torrejon has such a stellar rating. He is kind, knowledgeable, very competent and a good listener. I went in with a concern after a dental cleaning. The dental assistant was friendly and comforting. She took pictures to compare to prior pictures. Dr. T explained why I saw what I did on my implants and polished them to make them look brand new. Do not use this office. I was supposed to be a brand new patient today and had an issue where my car wouldn't start. I had to call an Uber and then proceeded to call the office to let them know that I would either be on time or maybe 5 minutes late at most. The lady answering the phone said "oh, let me ask the hygienist" then came back and told me, "Oh she said she can't take you." Are you kidding me?! 5 minutes late and you can't take me?! Friendly staff and Dr. Torrejon takes his time with you and explains clearly any problems. Very skilled in dentistry and also compassionate. All in all a very good dental experience!
