THIS IS AN AMAZING DENTIST AND OFFICE!! Just went today for a bunch of work done by Dr. Torrejon. He is an amazing dentist and super nice guy!! His son is so professional and respectful that it was a pleasure to go to his office today. Dr. T's staff and nursing staff are second to none, professional and very kind. He does not rip you off, but instead, works with you and that says it all. His priority is not the dime but instead your health which you just do not find anymore in other offices. I visited this office for a routine cleaning and had a deeply troubling experience that I feel obligated to share. When the staff requested X-rays, I declined, explaining that I had just had full-mouth X-rays taken at another dental office only one week prior that showed no cavities. “I had a dental emergency when my crown broke, and I was genuinely impressed by the care I received at Torrejon Jorge, DDS. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating and got me taken care of within just a couple of hours. I learned today why Dr. Torrejon has such a stellar rating. He is kind, knowledgeable, very competent and a good listener. I went in with a concern after a dental cleaning. The dental assistant was friendly and comforting. She took pictures to compare to prior pictures. Dr. T explained why I saw what I did on my implants and polished them to make them look brand new. Do not use this office. I was supposed to be a brand new patient today and had an issue where my car wouldn't start. I had to call an Uber and then proceeded to call the office to let them know that I would either be on time or maybe 5 minutes late at most. The lady answering the phone said "oh, let me ask the hygienist" then came back and told me, "Oh she said she can't take you." Are you kidding me?! 5 minutes late and you can't take me?!
