One of the people at the front desk is awesome
I’ve had a really positive experience with Saltaire so far. The team really went the extra mile helping me troubleshoot some technical issues during the application process, and they were incredibly prompt and patient throughout (thank you Anthony!!). I was initially deciding between a couple different places, but the positive interactions and great communication right from the start made the decision easy.
The worst office staff ever! They never try to help, just reply something to not bother them more. The worst communication I have ever experienced. If you can avoid living there, I would suggest to do it. They haven't returned our secure deposit since July 2025, after tons of calls, emails and my nerves. They ignore their customers by all means, during and after living there.
My family and I enjoyed our time here. Pros and cons since it's an older and bigger apt. New management is def improving things all around but hard to keep up with the rent rising vs inside the unit stays the same old (if you live here long enough). Since the maintenance has changed to Kevin, it has been incomparably better. He has manners, respectful, doesn't cut corners, fixes the issue and even asks you a couple of days later when you bump into him - "how's the bathroom, any more issues?" I’ve lived here for like a year and some change. I honestly enjoy it a lot. I have a great rapport/relationship with the management. Aisha in particular has always been very helpful and kind. She helped onboard me when I signed my lease and has a great grasp of the nuances of managing this property effectively. You can tell she cares and it shows.
