Torrance Terrace I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. For the first year, it was quiet and nice. Then more and more kids moved in and turned it into a ghetto living environment. Instead of taking their kids to the park, they used our comples as one, leaving their children unattended, leaving their toys around, urinating in the bushes, using the pool as a bathroom while junk cars are left in the parking lot for a year and a half. The on-site management was sweet, but not enough to combat the project-like environment... read more
