I arrived early for my appointment and was warmly welcomed by the admitting staff. Dr. Lo took me early for my examination and suture removal. Therefore, I left earlier than my original appointment time. I've never had that happen before!. Thank you.
Jennifer did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She was very helpful explaining some issues I have and gave me instructions on how to do everything!! If all the hygienists at IPI are this good what a great staff they have!
I have been a patient of Dr.. Yamada for more than five years, and I have never had a bad experience.. The receptionists and assistants are very professional and pleasant . Dr. Yamada is very personable and gentle. He constantly checks with me during treatment to ensure that I am not experiencing pain.
For the past 8 years, I have received the most courteous service from the Dr. Yamada and his staff. They are beyond perfect!
