They refused to professionally clean my wound (as recommended by a video consultation with my doctor), then charged me almost $200 for what they didn't do and another ~$400 for being new to their facility (even though I'm in network). The only legitimate charges were for an immunization booster, which cost ~$120, double what it costs at CVS (but that can be expected).
Great urgent care. Quick, compassionate, and effective. Much better than the other urgent cares in the nearby area
