Love this place. I’ve been here at least 6 times with my daughter and they take such great care, quick too we are always in and out. Today I came in because I stepped on a shard of glass and it was stuck in my foot. They took an xray and the Dr was able to pull it out, thank God! Such a relief! They’re great here
I recently had a bad eye infection and went to Manhattan Beach Torrance Memorial Urgent Care. Nurse Ashley, and Dr.Nakagawa provided outstanding care — they were professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. The front office staff was great. The facility was clean, wait time was reasonable, and I felt reassured the whole visit. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
I went to this urgent care with high fever at night, diarrhea, body aches, and fatigue that had been going on for days. They made me wait a long time, only tested me for flu and COVID (both negative), and then sent me home telling me to just get something over the counter. They didn’t give me any prescription or take my symptoms seriously, even though I explained the fever happens at night. Now my symptoms have gotten worse. I went to this urgent care after suffering with bronchitis for over a week. I sat in the waiting room for a really long time. I was not tested for anything, I was given a prescription for ONE DAY of steroids for my asthma, and sent on my way. I ended up going to the TMMC Urgent Care on Lomita, as I was still suffering days later. They completed x-rays, diagnosed the bacterial bronchitis, wrote me a required note for work, and gave me the medication that I initially needed. They refused to professionally clean my wound (as recommended by a video consultation with my doctor), then charged me almost $200 for what they didn't do and another ~$400 for being new to their facility (even though I'm in network). The only legitimate charges were for an immunization booster, which cost ~$120, double what it costs at CVS (but that can be expected).
