Front desk has no idea what they are doing. Expects customers to work in order to fix mistakes that are clearly theirs, one example would be being double charged for parking and them refusing to take responsibility without work on our part.
Had a blast at the California Pen Show today.
Was there for another convention, this year it was more spacious. But the stars of the show were Brenda and Tanya in Starbucks. They went over and beyond, especially Tanya. They didn't have oatmeal bit she left and ran somewhere and returned with oatmeal for me. A true rock star!
