Shana's cleaning is excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to come back every 3-4 months. It's too bad you don't give any discount for the people who doesn't have dental insurance.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Yamada is very thorough and his explanation of the procedures are easy to follow.
My deep cleaning Gary did a great job. I have to say those shots he gave me were the least painful I have ever had. My Novocain has not worn off yet but so far everything seems great .

"White Glove Service" Dear Dr. Lo and IPI Staff: This was my first experience with needing an Implant. I also have very little experience with any major dental work outside of normal routine cleaning visits. I recently had a serious accident and now need some major dental work completed.
