Best doctor ever. Been a patient for several years
Staff is completely incompetent. My grandmother always has issues with her prescriptions and has repeatedly tried to correct the problem with the staff but they just can’t get it right. Secondly, getting an appointment before “their 4 month follow up” is near impossible. They will send you for labs, send prescriptions or direct you to urgent care rather than giving you an appointment. Lastly, the receptionist will leave you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time and they do not return calls.
Dr. Torrado is great but her staff lacks professionalism! They are incredibly rude over the phone and take up to 6 hours to return a call.
