Very efficient service, shipped the parts overnight to us in Rockhampton.
The team members are always great to deal with. Helpful and knowledgeable. The prices have always been fair, but as customers we would always like them to be low. An all round great business.

Dealt with Tasmin and Andrew on Saturday afternoon when I urgently needed parts. They were prepared to stay back 15 min after close time until I could get there, and made sure I got the parts to complete the job. Tas really knows her stuff, goes to great lengths to check specs and consequently always gives excellent advice. This is a huge contrast to previous team leader, who seemed reluctant to listen, had a very condescending and hostile manner and repeatedly supplied wrong parts.
