After our caravan was involved in a minor traffic accident, it was considered unrepairable by the first company and assessor who looked at it. We resigned ourselves to the fact that the van was a write off. After we complained, our insurer put us in touch with Torque services who carried out an excellent repair and brought back our van to life. Great work by the team and we couldn't be happier.
AMAZING TEAM!! Cannot recommend luke and the team enough these guys literally fixed sub standered repairs that had been not done sufficientley by another repairer on the coast on our titanium.. the previous job at the other repairer was a complete stitch up. Thanks guys for being honest realiable and above all easy to deal with.
Just had our zonce caravan serviced with these guys, they did an awesome job and we would just like to thank Luke for going above and beyond
Booked my van in for a service and dropped keys off at the same time, which they lost then denied they lost them, claiming they have a “system”. They asked me to get a quote from For Knox locksmith, which I did then they rejected that quote. They wanted me to drop the only other set of keys to them to be copied but I suspect they found the original keys. They can’t be trusted and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services.
Dropped our new Zone caravan off for its first 1,000 km service and Luke was fantastic. Helped us with our questions and we are very happy overall. Highly recommend
