Hail damage repairs to our van exceeded our expectations. We could not fault this business at any point and would thoroughly recommend them for any caravan related repairs or service
We had an issue with our diesel hot water unit when we were in central QLD and Webasto referred us to Torque Caravan Service as one of their closest authorised repairers. Glen at Torque was able to book us in on a suitable day and upon arrival, Luke got things rolling and was also good enough to address a little water run-off issue that had been annoying us. Torque quickly diagnosed the hot water issue and had the necessary part in stock. Five hours later we were back on the happy campers road. Thanks Glen, Luke and the team... read more
Dealt mainly with Luke for a new awning installation on a caravan. The job was completed same day of receiving the new awning. Luke also offered great advice on another customisation at handover. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Luke at Torque Caravan Services made having my caravan repaired so easy. He arranged for me to bring my van in for a quote then followed up with a time to have the repairs done to suit me. I left the van at 7:30 am and by 2:30pm that same day my new awning was fitted and my van was ready to take home. Luke looked at another problem that I had as well and fixed that too so I was very happy.
Glenn and team from Torque Caravan Services did a great job, going above and beyond to install an aircon in my Jayco Eagle camper. Very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommended.
